The company's health insurance plans include:

• basic and traditional plans you choose an annual deductible of and a coinsurance amount (ranging from 50 percent to 80 percent) then select and use any doctor or hospital;
• an HMO in exchange for low costs and virtually no claims to fill out, all your medical care is managed through your primary care physician, whom you choose from a network of more than 10,000 doctors in the state; and
• a medical savings account (MSA) companion plan, which allows you to combine a high-deductible health insurance plan with an MSA through selected financing institutions.
